Mis favoritos personales son los nombres de las mutaciones que ponemos los genetistas. Los drosofileros empezaron la tradición, pero los 'peceros' estamos dejando el listón bien alto ;-)

La puñeta de poner nombres conocidos va a quien tenga que hacer búsquedas de información en la red. Recuerdo aquel trabajo que tuve que hacer de "Objetive Linda", lenguaje de programación que un señor dedicó por lo visto a su esposa (o hija o yo qué se). ¡La cantidad de chicas que encontré en la red que eran muy lindas, o que se llamaban así, de cuyas subjetivas curvas clamaban ser objetivas!

Hablando de mutaciones en peces las que mas me gustaron fueron las dadas a los mutantes con problemas para la produccion de globulos rojos y blancos. Estos primeros fueron nombrados con nombres de vinos tintos y los otros de vinos blancos (facil de recordar). Hablando de impronunciables ahi estan las mutaciones nombradas por lo alemanes. Hay que dolor! Y con todo el respeto del mundo, pero mi aleman es horrible. Y por ultimo, Maxi, dpp lo deberias de pronunciar bien, que las 4 primeras silabas son de raiz latina (-:

BM, además de pasar el día peléon, reconoce que en su momento tuvimos una áspera o ríspida o simpática discusión sobre nombres insólitos.
Cosme tuvo un profesor (Q.E.P.D.) cuya predilección eran los lepidópteros y las becarias, en el orden que gustéis.
Por lo cual utilizó nombres como ...marichisme, esto no creo explicarlo porque vos BM y Xac tienen una memoria que más rápido que yo lo encontrarán. Pero vale la pena.
